| I am not superstituous. I never kept wearing the same
underwear to schooltests when the first test had gone well. I don't cross roads
to avoid black cats (in fact, I've had two and Trent is number three). I walk under ladders if need be.
But man I don't like friday the thirteenth's. There's always something that
happens to me. Not exactly big stuff, but nonetheless ... a sprained ankle,
forgotten housekeys, burned fingers ... Yesterday I thought I'd make it for once. Half past eleven in the evening and still nothing. And then I bite my lip. Yes, I bit my own lip. There was blood and now it's swollen. So chalk it up as another friday the thirteenth. Or perhaps not ? Because I had some luck as well today. I found the new Nine Inch Nails album Year Zero in a store. Okay, I already had it, but I just had to have it with trhe original packaging. Donate some of my money to Trent Reznor as it were. Yes I am such a fanboy. |

| Because the flemish intarnets don't always have to be
filled with people from Gent,
I'd like to point out that tonight's episode of "
de tabel van mendeljev" is called "
leuvenaars". With Adriaan for the ladies, VJ Ann for Pietel and Big Bill and Mike Verdrengh for the old skoolers amongst us.
For once, just tape Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal and CSI:NY. The show was taped the day after Manuel, Fokke and I, took Adriaan to Amsterdam for a Nine Inch Nails concert. That evening ended back in Antwerp in café The Joker ... late. Not sure if that'll help some people's performance. |

| Late. Just watched the first episode of Boston Legal S2, followed by an episode of CSI:NY. Tired after almost two weeks of busy days and evenings and weekends filled with plaster work. Next week will be busy as well. Holiday. To do more plasterwork, paint all walls and put in new floorboards in study, bedroom and hallway. Sigh. Rather have joined my girlfriend on a trip to Egypt. Just got a text-message her plane landed in Hurghada and that it's nice and warm. Should be very sunny tomorrow. |

| The new Nine Inch Nails album has a release date on the 17th of April. As I already have it a month in advance - I probably shouldn't write this but as I'm not posting it online and I will buy it on day one of the release as usual (yes, I am such a big freak when it comes to NIN), I should be safe - I heard it. For those who want to hear it in advance ... try your luck on the Year Zero site. Fill in an e-mail address and go sraight to the flashplayer. And don't worry about the address, they don't ask you to click on a link. But you do have the chance to click and subscribe to the mailinglist - at which point you can return and listen to the album again and again ... |
