Just finished reconfigging our serverpark. That infernal ColdFusion-site has finally been released upon the little-suspecting web-audience and two outta three other jsp-sites have been switched from the server of the webbuilder to our own webserver. With a little bit 'o luck, mine and Franky's brain can go in sleep-mode now ?
And ... the new random thoughts of the week ...
Song of the week : "Broken Home" Papa Roach
Oldie of the week : Batman Theme Song (tadadada dadadada TA TAA !)
Last seen movie : Dr. T & The Women : a chick-flic for guys ... 7/10 (Hey, I smiled a lot)
Seen on tv yesterday : Homicide (well actually, my VCR has seen it - I haven't)
Doing this week : nuttin yet

Forgot to update the "items of the week" list yesterday. Let's just say I'm just thinking about them a bit longer this time ... ;-)
So here they are .. the new random thoughts of the week ...
Song of the week : Hooverphonic "Mad About You"
Oldie of the week : Ramones "The KKK took my baby away"
Last seen movie : One Million Years BC : hilarious dinosaurs (a spider, a lizard and a turtle) in this 1966 movie starring Raquel Welch in a fur bikini (I'm not making this up - it's in the movie's tagline). No dialogues, just real early homo sapiens' grunts. Just like Tarzan ...
Seen on tv yesterday : Prey - some new serie about a new human species which will annihilate the lot of us normal humans ... looked as stupid as it sounds - almost liked it.
Doing this week : "Late Nite Special Nite" on friday with some friends : the original Batman movie from 1966. We'll be watching this psychedelic extravaganza around eleven at night. Serious mindless entertainment with a "Paw" and "Kabong" in colourfull textballoons ...

This is weird ... it's saturday and I'm @ work. Even weirder ... almost everyone is here. Franky and Marcel as sysadmins are here updating the Sunserver with Oracle database with someone from Oracle - Sandra and me are finalising (yeah right - as if) the ColdFusion site and two floors up there are people checking the site as we speak. But all the others are gone, it should be quiet. But not with my trusty MP3 collection (ripped from my own cd's which I bought in a store to keep the recordlabels in their happy place) ...

Editorial - 7 February 2001

To quote Franky (see below) about Oracle (which suxx heavily in my humble opinion) :
"Elke janet die tegen mij nog Oracle durft voorstellen skullfuck ik"
(read this as : every faggot that starts jibbering about Oracle, will get skullfucked)

Nuttin' much new this week. Still finishing up that ColdFusion site that should've gone live two weeks ago but hasn't due to continious changes from the content-departement (we'd like the latest news-article on the homepage - change that article to the three latest titles - and change that to a full list of tips which should be in the FAQ-list - or maybe rather another lay-out ?) ...

Sittin' home alone, installing new PC (dual boot W2K Advanced Server and Win98 or WinMe - not sure yet - any ideas : mail me) ...

One thing though : thursdaynight is "Nacht van de Wansmaak" (read that as "night of bad taste") : a screening of the worst of the worst of cinema including "Ilsa, die Wölvin der SS" and "The Crippled Masters" ... keep them barfbaggies coming. Fellow victims will also include Franky (vendetta-man), Gizmoo and Itchy.
